I’ve worked in leadership and organizational development for over 25 years.
When I was 16, I was selected to attend a leadership camp in Argentina, along with 250 participants from across the country. We engaged in activities designed to increase self-awareness, grow our leadership capacity, and explore how we could serve our communities. It was life-changing. I left knowing that whatever I pursued professionally, I wanted to create — and be part of — environments where people could grow, feel inspired, and enjoy creating with others.
I joined the nonprofit that ran these camps as a volunteer in my last year of high school, had my first job there as an Executive Assistant, and became the Executive Director a few years later.
During that time, I studied Political Science, believing it would serve me well in the nonprofit sector. I went on to work in human rights advocacy, social impact initiatives, and government modernization programs.
After a few years of policy work, I returned to my love for leadership development — first by co-founding Axialent, a boutique consulting firm focused on leadership and culture, serving clients in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Later, I joined the founding team at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, which offers a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence program developed at Google.
During my time at both organizations, I trained and certified teachers, built operations teams, managed HR functions, facilitated executive retreats, led organizational culture change initiatives, and guided company-wide strategic planning processes. Along the way, I completed a master’s in psychology.
I’ve had the privilege of working in incredible mission-driven organizations where work was seen as an opportunity to grow, create, and be of service. My most rewarding experiences have been in teams where the magic happens—where trust is high, diversity is leveraged, conversations are real, healthy conflict makes us better, and what we create together far exceeds what any one person could achieve alone. This is why I'm so passionate about helping teams build healthy cultures where everyone can thrive, and supporting leaders in finding meaning and growth in their everyday work.
Some of the clients I’ve worked with include Google, Microsoft, Citi, Unilever, HSBC, AstraZeneca, Axa, DHL, and Akebia.
I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I was born in Argentina, spent my childhood in San Francisco, California, and have moved between the two countries throughout my life. I now call Northern California home.
